Liverpool star Fabio Carvalho may have just hinted that he is leaving the club after just one season at Anfield.
He reported it this morning Athleticthat Liverpool have rejected Carvalho’s permanent transfer offer from abroad, but the 20-year-old could leave the club in the summer.
The Reds are not considering selling the youngster before the new season, but a loan is possible as the winger’s playing time has been limited all season.
Carvalho has now hinted on Instagram that he may leave Anfield this summer, with his cryptic message hinting at a permanent move – see the response below.
I really hope it doesn’t end badly in terms of leaving the Reds?
Clearly a talented lad, but the season just didn’t work out for him!
Would he mind advancing on a loan that looks increasingly like a permanent way out? pic.twitter.com/UzKru5Piyw

Carvalho’s situation at Liverpool is odd as the Reds went to great lengths to sign the youngster from Fulham last summer in a deal that cost £7.7 million.
However, the 20-year-old has only played 21 games all season, with his most recent start coming in January’s FA Cup victory over Wolves.
Carvalho has shown great promise at Fulham and in the Liverpool patches, and it would make sense to loan the winger if Jürgen Klopp believes he will not be used next season – unless the player wants a different outcome.
