If you drive through a certain area enough times, you’ll probably store some or all of it in memory.
The same goes for racing drivers who can spend most of their careers competing on the same tracks as well as practicing virtually. So they really get to know the twists and quirks of so many different pieces.
But Formula 1 driver Sergio Pérez may be able to drive around the Mexican Grand Prix circuit blindfolded. Well, probably not in reality, because that would be very dangerous. However, the Red Bull Racing veteran recently showed how well he knows the Mexico City track, and he has been impressed.
Checo driving blind on the Mexican GP circuit is absolutely amazing 😮🇲🇽

With the 4.304km track on the screen behind him, Pérez was “driving” around the track with his eyes closed and it was quite astonishing. He wasn’t perfect, but his timing was amazing and the video is mesmerizing.
The Mexican Grand Prix is scheduled for Sunday at 3:55 p.m. ET on ESPN.
