Funset Boulevard – hole 8
Appleton, Wisconsin
Funset Boulevard has two courses under the name “Gopher Golf”, a nine-hole course that is easier and more child-friendly, and a full 18-hole course with an entire theme collection.
This is the eighth hole of the 18-hole Funset Boulevard Gopher Golf course. Hole 8 was one of my favorites on this course. It was a unique downhill design with several skill holes on top leading down to the green below, with better shots improving from left to right, then dropping behind them to the green below.
Mister Mini Golf Pro Tips
A proper hole wasn’t a guaranteed hole-in-one, but at worst it always ended right next to the cup, so it’s worth getting it. You want to make sure you just stick to the wall and bounce back because the break is actually pretty intense.
ADA Accessibility Notes: Funset Boulevard had several potholes that were ADA compliant and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Hole 8 was NOT ADA compliant.
For more information on course availability, always check in with the course you are visiting as they may be able to provide additional facilities. In addition, it is an excellent source ADA Checklist for mini golf courses.
