Coaching qualifications: Senior Performance Coach LTA
How old were you when you first started playing tennis?
I trained at Totally Tennis when I was 14-18 before going to Bath University to study and play full time.
What made you decide to work at Totally Tennis?
I founded ADAPT Tennis here at Totally Tennis.
What do you like most about practicing tennis?
I have been working in performance for 20 years, in a variety of roles ranging from Performance Program in La Manga, Spain, to LTA Talent Performance Coordinator, Head Performance Coach at West Hants and JTC, Aldershot.
How often do You train?
I am currently looking after the U11s in my Dorset County Leader role and captaining the Hampshire U18 girls. In recent years, I have trained more than 12 players at national level and some at European level. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience on the performance path and am very keen on developing and supporting Hampshire players to be successful.
Do you play any other sport?
Apart from tennis, I love playing padel, racketball and kayaking.
What is your greatest achievement in tennis so far?
I still play and represent Hampshire, England and the UK in the open, 35 and 40 year olds.
